With over 35 years of entrepreneurial experience, George Hastings has built and sold multiple successful businesses, including transactions with publicly traded companies. Over the past decade, he has focused on helping business owners maximize valuation, streamline operations, and successfully exit. His deep M&A expertise makes him a trusted advisor for entrepreneurs looking to sell at the highest possible price.

Beyond business, George now enjoys life on a sprawling 200+ acre ranch with his wife, where they raise cows, chickens, horses, and goats. His passion for both business and ranching reflects his dedication to hard work, strategic growth, and building lasting value—whether in the boardroom or on the land.

Richard graduated from Radford University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting and concentration in finance and economics. Richard began his professional career as an auditor and then moved to the private sector. In 1988 he became the manager of accounting at Overnite Transportation, where his duties included financial reporting and analysis to the parent Union Pacific Railroad. After leaving Overnite in 1992, Richard founded the accounting firm Chesnut and Bradley, now CBH Advisory Group. Richard has served on numerous corporate and bank boards over the years and as an officer of several entities, as Chief Financial Officer. Richard specializes in troubled business recoveries, small to midsize business management systems, business mergers and acquisitions, and preparing midsize companies for shareholder exit strategies. Over the past 28 years, Richard has successfully negotiated the sale of over numerous large companies, including five of his own.

A serial entrepreneur and business growth expert, Jesse Hastings has built and scaled five different companies, including a gun shop, a security company, a home inspection business, and a short-term rental management company. With firsthand experience in scaling businesses—one surpassing seven figures and three reaching multi-six-figure success—Jesse understands what it takes to optimize operations, accelerate revenue, and create sustainable growth.

Jesse is a graduate of Florida College with a degree in Business Administration, where he also was a 5-year starter on the basketball team, demonstrating his competitive drive, leadership, and relentless pursuit of excellence—both in business and on the court.
